Standard check-in is from 15:00 to 20:00. One of our staff members will be there to welcome you; an arrival time must be agreed upon. Late check-in is possible (surcharge to be agreed according to time). Late check in is also possible at the following rates: From 8pm to 10pm €15 (Must be agreed) After 10pm to 12am €25 (Must be agreed) After 00:00 €50 (Must be agreed) It is also possible to access the property earlier. We offer a luggage storage service, at our office in Costa Rei, in case the house is not yet ready before 3:00 PM. Please note that bed linen and towels are not provided. Guests can bring their own or rent them at the property for the following extra charges: €12 per stay (single set) €20 double set per stay. Please contact the property at least 5 hours before arrival for rental. We offer a luggage storage service at our office in Costa Rei. Linen supply: -Single bed + towels €12.00 -Double bed + towels €20,00 Pets €100,00 per stay per pet. Guests arriving before/after 15:00-00:00 are requested to inform the property prior to their expected arrival time. Bed linen and towels are not included in the rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of: € 12,00 per stay (single set), € 20,00 per stay (double set) or bring their own. Please contact the property before arrival if you wish to rent bed linen and towels. If you are travelling with pets, please note that there is an additional charge of € 50.00 per stay. We remind you that, in accordance with current regulations, upon your arrival at the property, we will make a brief video call to verify that the documents provided match the guests.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
